I've been panicing for the last 40 mins, I estimated my fuel would run out 20km ago, and there hasn't been a petrol station for the last 150+ km. All of a sudden with barely any signs appears a an hick town petrol station. It looks old enough to have been an aboriginal dwelling, and I was expecting to see a donkey walking round to pump the fuel. But still I can now safely turn the radio and everything else back on that i'd turned off to conserve and onwards to Mackay!
